She is a hands-on professional with a proven record of managing and building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Her expertise spans several industries, including automotive and light industrial. As a leader, her enthusiasm and ability to energize people have helped her achieve impressive results.
Before joining ERA, Alecia worked extensively with numerous departments to achieve a common goal that has benefited the bottom line of the corporation. While leading multiple lean projects, she implemented significant cost savings and streamlining process flow initiatives. The results provided substantial benefits to not only the profit margin but to organizational efficiencies.
She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. After relocating to the Charlotte, NC area, she became active with the Parent Teacher Organization serving over 6 years on the Board of Directors and coaching her children’s soccer teams. She is also heavily involved in charities such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
