Bob Trice is a customer-oriented leader and consultant with substantial experience in driving change management programs, including cost and supplier management, as well as various process and business improvements.
Before joining ERA, Bob held senior roles in business management and consulting at three multinational corporations (Siemens AG, Schneider Electric and GE).
Bob has a track record of success in growing businesses profitably in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Key factors contributing to this success were:
- Understanding the “big picture” and overall business goals
- Listening to multiple levels and functions both outside and inside the business
- Analyzing data and processes to determine core problems to address
- Managing the projects with clearly identified actions and accountability
- Establishing communication in a collaborative, team environment
- Following up to measure effectiveness and to analyze lessons learned
Most recently, Bob served in several internal consulting roles within Siemens AG. He conducted several consulting projects/ reviews of business strategy and processes, including post-integration assessments of acquired companies and sales/channel effectiveness. He identified business improvement measures to drive change management, which included:

- Comprehensive business reviews that improved overall performance at five business units, demonstrating strategic critical thinking, analysis, and reconciliation of competing viewpoints.
- Successful reviews that resulted in improvements in Sales Setup and Processes; Sales Productivity; Channel Management Setup; Procurement Assessment and Improvements; Purchase-to-Pay Processes and Project Management.
- Participated in and led global cross-region and business teams. Conducted process reviews focused on customer-facing, procurement, project management, finance.
Bob holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and graduated from several executive level business programs.
Bob and his wife Leslie reside in the Atlanta metro area (Roswell).
