Brad brings over 35 years of experience in the procurement and supply management field and has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions to help enable procurement to deliver greater financial and business impact. His various positions have included Chief Procurement Officer, Vice President Purchasing, Director of e-Procurement, and Director of Purchasing in the heavy building materials, distribution and heavy civil construction industries.
Brad joined ERA more than thirteen years ago to leverage his established and respected background in procurement and supply management. By combining proven procurement services with enabling technology, he helps clients align their procurement strategy in ways that deliver attractive financial results.
Brad has been instrumental in providing leadership and direction for ERA’s Centers of Excellence, commodity practice groups and developing value-driven relationships with trusted Suppliers. Brad was awarded the ERA President’s Cup for Exemplary Service to his clients and fellow ERA Consultants; is an inaugural member of ERA’s prestigious President’s Circle, which recognizes top-performing Consultants and has been recognized as “Purchasing Professional of the Year” by the Institute of Supply Management -Arizona (ISM).
Brad holds a certificate in Advanced Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Shorter University. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), has Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) designation and has served as President for the Institute for Supply Management Arizona and Georgia; and has Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designation from APICS. In addition to his professional activities, Brad has held board positions in various non-profit and church organizations and has presented seminars in the U.S., Ukraine, Germany, Spain, Australia, Greece and Mexico.
