Dave Lehman has extensive insurance industry experience on both the broker and carrier sides. His unique mix of strategic thinking, consulting expertise, creative approach to problem-solving, and deep understanding of the insurance industry provides a valuable perspective on ERA projects’ management.

He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Communications in 1992.

Based in Connecticut, Dave works with clients across the United States, delivering cost-effective solutions and driving profitability improvements across a wide range of projects. His current focus is helping clients lower their costs related to Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Workers Compensation. When conducting an insurance review, Dave’s goal is not to change; he’s focused on ensuring that clients are getting the most value for their dollar when considering premiums paid versus broker services, compensation, and cost-reduction/control strategies.
