Deonna Fritz has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and product development experience with a diverse group of organizations, including Fortune Brands Inc., Sears Holding Company, Donaldson Company and Emerson Fabrication.
Much of her career was with Waterloo Industries Inc., a $300 million division of Fortune Brands, where she was Vice President of Sales and General Manager for the Sears division, which accounted for more than 50% of the company’s sales. As a key member of the executive team, Fritz used her strong project management skills to drive sales, develop new products and achieve cost targets. She also worked closely with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service and finance to foster and implement company-wide strategic change initiatives.
She is a marketing graduate of the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa and has training in Karass Effective Negotiating, Inventory Management/ERQ Lot Sizing, APICS, Lean Manufacturing and Category Management.
