Kelly Eikum is a proven business consultant, project manager, and financial analyst with more than two decades of experience across the financial and software service sectors. As a principal consultant with ERA, based in Nashville, Kelly serves clients in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Prior to joining ERA, Kelly worked in project management, consulting, software development, and performed analytical work at some of the nation’s top companies. She has held positions at various firms, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Strategic Solutions, DelSoft Consulting, and Calypso Systems. In working for these various companies, Kelly designed and developed proprietary software for financial analysis, B2B commodity trading, profit margin analysis, customer relationship management, and student loan management to name a few. She has worked for companies in the financial services, healthcare, utility, retail, and manufacturing industries.

Kelly’s extensive background in project management coupled with her knowledge of the software services industry are key assets she brings to her client projects. Additionally, her extensive track record is backed by a BS in Management Information Systems from Indiana University.
