After nearly 20 years in executive leadership in the Hospitality Industry, Michael took his unique skill set and track record of creating efficient, high-performing, and profitable business units to ERA. He is a detailed strategic thinker who constantly leverages his deep financial knowledge and outstanding operational skills to improve the bottom line. Michael’s areas of success have included direct P&L management and oversight, contract negotiations, and project management. While leading on-time large-scale projects, such as new hotel construction and rebranding, Michael consistently surpassed targeted performance metrics through effective planning, proactive communication, and effective delegation.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He has served in senior board-level capacities with several renowned organizations, including the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association and Visit Philly. Currently, he holds a Board and Finance Committee seat for the local Non-Profit Integrate for Good.
