Rudy Bazelmans has more than 30 years of high-tech experience, including 20 years in senior operations and consulting management roles for Hewlett Packard, Digital Equipment Corporation, Aspect, and Nuance. One role included managing a team of over 100 consultants in the area of call center integration, interactive voice response (IVR) and workflow management.
Bazelmans holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Software Engineering from Boston University.
In addition to his responsibilities as a local client manager, Bazelmans is the Practice Chair for the ERA Copier Practice. He also is a frequent public speaker, radio guest and author.
