Stephanie Scarola has over 20 years of experience in Human Capital cost areas as a CFO and COO for national and multinational professional service firms.
Leveraging her 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and financial services, along with ERA’s team of category experts, Stephanie works closely with clients to identify and implement cost savings opportunities in a wide range of areas.
Before joining Mercer, Stephanie held finance, management, and operational change management positions with Marsh, the largest global commercial insurance advisor and broker.
During her career, Stephanie has focused on identifying cost-saving opportunities within the organizations she worked for, as well as supply chain management and supplier relations.
Stephanie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University (Baltimore, MD). Also during her career, Stephanie obtained a Property and Casualty Agent’s license in New York State and the Certified Information Systems Auditor designation.
