Tim Kirby has more than 20 years of experience in business development and management.
He has served as General Manager for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in New York, specialized in the tax-deferred exchange of apartment buildings in San Diego and managed the largest sports bar in Los Angeles.
Kirby has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego. He is also an accomplished public speaker and speech evaluator, having won numerous contests and awards through Toastmasters International.
