Tyler Harrop is an ERA principal consultant based in Florida with more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His years of multi-site operation management experience with a focus on turnover reduction, employee development, compliance, and implementing training systems to improve efficiency aid him in helping organizations reduce costs.
Prior to joining ERA, Tyler was the director of training and development at Grifols, one of the world’s largest plasma companies, where he lead training for the Southeast business unit. He has also held project management roles and is a specialist in quality assurance in production environments.
Tyler holds a BS in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Tampa. When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
