At ERA Group, Andrew leverages his wealth of experience and expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs and objectives. He is deeply committed to enhancing owner and shareholder value, driving growth, and fostering sustainable business practices.
Prior to joining ERA, Andrew gained experience at start-ups, mid-size, and large publicly traded firms. While working at these corporations, he held many roles across business development, strategic planning, capital funding, cross-functional organizational development, branding, and commercialization.
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University, providing him with a solid academic foundation to complement his practical experience.
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife Leah, and their two children.
