Dan O’Connor is an accomplished leader with a robust background in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining ERA, Dan excelled in leadership roles as vice president of human resources and vice president of population health. In his human resources executive roles, he successfully implemented initiatives such as reductions in external labor expenses, employee benefits costs, and improved employee engagement.
His extensive experience includes strategic advising at the C-suite and board of directors level, with a focus on human capital management, value-based contracting, population health, and health equity. He brings his experience as a senior strategy leader, providing valuable insights into workforce planning, talent acquisition, and cost reduction strategies to every client project he tackles.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s in human resources from Mercyhurst University, and a Master’s in Information Resource Management, from Central Michigan University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family at their Fishersville, Virginia, area home.
