Jim Schmitt has more than 30 years of professional experience, including serving as President of a $100 million distributorship and Partner-in-Charge of a CPA practice in Charlotte, NC.

Schmitt has been an ERA Consultant since 2004 and his team has executed and implemented hundreds of client cost containment projects. In 2007, Schmitt and his partners, Eric Striegel and Rob Peterson, generated the most savings in the U.S. for Expense Reduction Analysts.

Schmitt has served on numerous Boards of Directors of both For-Profit and Non-Profit entities. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and received his M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
