John is an executive service delivery leader with over 25 years of experience in cost and supplier management, project management, operations, and call center leadership. Prior to joining ERA, John was Senior Vice President, Operations for SunTrust Equipment Finance.
Throughout his career, John has held increasingly senior roles with several organizations in the financial services industry including three banks, a credit union, an asset recovery firm, and a call center outsourcer. John has led teams ranging from 2 to 150 employees in several different capacities and has developed an outstanding track record of increasing productivity, service quality, and profitability in both small and large, and public and private companies. Since 2013, John has been leveraging his experience along with a team of approximately 200 expense category experts to identify and implement cost-saving solutions to clients across the U.S.
John holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado received a Certified Internal Auditor designation in 1992 and has participated in numerous corporate training programs throughout his career.
John sits on the Board of Directors for Living In Recovery, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from addiction in Howard County, MD.
