Justin Yeskey has more than 20 years of experience in sales, distribution, operations, and manufacturing across the oil and gas, food and beverage, automotive, and education sectors.
Before joining ERA, Justin was the Operations Director of a leading systems integrator, overseeing productivity, efficiency, and profitability for a global organization. He also managed business development and quality control at a manufacturing company and was an account manager for an electrical distributor, where he led profitable sales growth by a 21% margin. His extensive and diverse skillset with small and large corporations aid him in creating unique solutions for his clients.
Justin holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Pittsburgh, a Bachelor of Science in Business, and an Associate of Science in Information Sciences and Technology, both from Penn State University.
When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, or watching football and hockey. He is also an avid volunteer in his community through his local Rotary Club, church, and for Vitalant, where he donates blood platelets. In the past, he was also a volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Pittsburgh, PA, and the Guidance Center in Long Beach, CA — both mentorship programs for community youth.
