Lew Migliore is a Principal Consultant, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with extensive professional experience in the legal industry.
Before joining ERA, he served for over 35 years in various law firm leadership roles. His prior positions include Texas Administrator for Baker McKenzie and Director of Operations for Nixon Peabody LLP. His vast professional expertise includes strategic planning, project management, contract negotiations, business process improvement, risk management, and supplier management. Lew has also been a Certified Legal Manager by the Association of Legal Administrators for over 20 years.
He has experience overseeing all major areas of law firm operations, including human resources, recruiting, business development and marketing, accounting, finance, and technology, to name a few. Lew has successfully led business process improvement teams across multiple U.S. and international offices. Lew’s experience with implementing expense management programs in law firms has improved cash-flow and profitability. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York.
