As an ERA Group Consulting Partner, he leverages his analytical prowess and strategic acumen to provide clients with actionable insights and guidance.
Before joining ERA, Matthew served as Vice President at Bank of America, where he spearheaded the development of cutting-edge solutions in advanced analytics and process automation, driving efficiency across the organization.
Matthew is an alumnus of The College of New Jersey, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and Johns Hopkins University, where he obtained his Master of Science degree in Applied Economics.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Matthew is an avid freediver, scuba diver, and sailor, finding solace and inspiration in the ocean’s depths.
