Scott Noar brings 23 years experience of multi-departmental project management and problem-solving skills. With a hands-on management style, he was most recently Director of R&D at J&J Snack Foods, a $630 million food company. He has also held positions with Kraft, Sara Lee, Campbell Soup, and Marriott.
His responsibilities included specifying ingredients and packaging, managing cost savings projects in ingredients and packaging and developing new products.
Since joining ERA, Noar’s analytical and negotiating skills have resulted in savings to clients that range from 10% to 58%.
Noar has a Ph.D. from Cornell University in Food Chemistry.
