Scott Price joined ERA as a Consulting Partner in the spring of 2023. His past industry knowledge and expertise, combined with the power of ERA’s network, enables him to deliver maximum cost savings and improved cash flow to his clients so they can pursue their most important initiatives.
Scott received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina, where he was also a member of the lacrosse team and won a national championship. Scott’s background is in retail real estate, where he spent over 30 years overseeing daily operations and property management functions, including budgeting, re-forecasting, and variance analysis. In addition, he spent years managing all aspects of insurance for a portfolio of commercial properties valued at more than $750 million. He’s worked closely with owners, tenants, and service providers, affording him valuable insight into the real estate sector and supporting industries.
