Tina Phillips is a Consulting Partner with ERA Group, serving Alabama, Central, and North Florida. She has been an advisor and advocate since 2006. Her focus is building strong relationships, managing projects, and delivering comprehensive cost containment solutions for her CEO and CFO clients.

Tina has led reviews in Manufacturing, Restaurants, & Health Care totaling over $20 million in spend across categories including: Telecommunications, Office Supplies, Print, Medical Supplies and DME (Durable Medical Equipment). She is unwavering in her ability to keep all stakeholders engaged and feeling involved in the ERA process. As a result, she has been very successful in keeping her projects on track and her clients utilizing ERA repeatedly.

Tina is also a dynamic speaker with over 14 years of engaging audiences of 10 to over 200 and delivering professional multi-media presentations. She has over 20 years of Sales, Sales Management, Training and Human Resources experiences in Wireless Communications, Digital Marketing and Call Center industries.

Tina’s formal education includes a B.S. in Organizational Management with Colorado Christian University. In addition, she has been a licensed State of Florida Supreme Court Mediator.
