William “Will” Knowles is a Consulting Partner based in South Florida, with over 20 years of critical experience in various sectors.

Before joining ERA, Will served as the Chief Audit Executive for a bank in Bermuda. He is a seasoned professional with risk management, finance, audit, and strategy experience. Will has provided his expertise to large multinational firms, medium-sized, and small-sized organizations, principally within the financial services industry. His background includes establishing and leading risk management functions, improving finance operations, delivering process improvement solutions, increasing clients’ risk awareness, and collaborating with clients to remediate issues, achieve strategic goals, and optimize their control environment.

Will earned his B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University and his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Although he is based in South Florida, Will has lived, worked, and studied in various locations within the US and abroad, including Japan, Bermuda, France, Atlanta, Tampa, and New York City.
